Hello, I’m Molly a certified personal trainer and qualified nutrition coach with a passion for helping others to not only look their best but as well as feel their best.
My journey began like many others, navigating the gym without clarity, chasing results through extreme workouts and feeling stuck in the same cycles. Through education and experience I discovered a deep passion for both training and nutrition and how transformative they can be when approached with balance, purpose, and consistency.
Today, I use that knowledge to help others build sustainable routines that support strength, self-belief, and lasting change. When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me at the beach or spending time with my energetic Border Collie, Bondi.

I believe that health is not a one-size-fits-all concept. Each person is unique, so their approach to health, wellness, and fitness should be as well. My coaching philosophy is focused on personalised care that takes into account your individual needs, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we will create a customised plan that is both sustainable and effective, helping you achieve long-term health and happiness.

I was born in the Northern Territory and spent 14 years living in the great outdoors

My love for chocolate knows no bounds

Growing up, I played almost every sport you could imagine - netball, tennis, dancing, swimming, AFL, golf, rugby union, BMX and touch football, just to name a few.

My current MVP is my 4-year-old Border Collie named Bondi who loves to keep me on my feet (literally).
