Your training and nutrition is individually programmed based on your goals, experience level, lifestyle, and available equipment. Programs are progressive, effective, and easy to follow, supporting improvements in strength, conditioning, mobility, fat loss, and overall confidence. Regular check-ins, feedback, and ongoing adjustments ensure your program continues to evolve as you do.

This service is available for couples or pairs, including partners, friends, or family members. Training programs are aligned so you can work out together, while still being tailored to each individual’s goals and abilities. Nutrition guidance follows a similar structure, with shared food choices and personalised portion adjustments for each person.

Nutrition coaching is available for clients who want faster, more sustainable results, improved energy, and greater confidence around food.
Clients who choose to include nutrition coaching receive access to a user-friendly food tracking app and can choose between a macro-based approach or a structured meal plan, depending on their preferences and lifestyle. Ongoing guidance is provided to help build sustainable, balanced eating habits
Nutrition support is optional and can be added at any time.

Your journey begins by completing a short new client form.
This helps me understand your goals, lifestyle, training history, and any challenges you’ve faced so I can support you from the very start.

You’ll then choose one of two options:
• A complimentary consultation call to discuss your goals and expectations
• A detailed assessment questionnaire
This allows me to understand your lifestyle, needs, and fitness goals so your coaching can be tailored to you.
( 03. ) PERSONALISED PLAN
Using your assessment, I’ll design a fully personalised training and/or nutrition plan tailored to your goals, experience level, lifestyle, and preferences.
( 04.) OVERVIEW & TRAINING
Once your program is ready, I’ll walk you through everything you need to know and get you set up.
From there, we begin training with ongoing support, guidance, and accountability to help you stay consistent and confident.
