Using your assessment, I’ll design a fully personalised training and/or nutrition plan tailored to your goals, experience level, lifestyle, and preferences.

Once your program is ready, I’ll walk you through everything you need to know and get you set up.

From here, we begin training with ongoing support, guidance, and accountability to help you stay consistent and confident every step of the way.

  • No experience is needed at all. Every session is tailored to your current fitness level. I’ll guide you through everything step by step, so you feel confident, comfortable, and supported from your very first session.

  • Yes. All programs and sessions are customised to suit your body, any injuries, and your training history. We’ll work around limitations safely while still helping you progress toward your goals.

  • Sessions take place at Snap Fitness Burdekin.

  • This depends on your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Most clients train between 3–4 times per week, but we’ll decide what’s realistic and sustainable for you so you can stay consistent and see long-term results.

  • Yes. Partner sessions are available for up to 3 clients. Suppose you’d like to train with a friend, partner, or family member. It’s a great option for accountability and can make training more enjoyable while still receiving personalised guidance.

  • Yes. Ongoing coaching clients receive nutrition coaching included at no extra cost.
